Refund policy

At Trail Connection, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1-Year Warranty

All of our tack, dog gear, and accessories include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware failure (buckles, snaps, etc.)

  • Material failure not caused by misuse or neglect

Shipping costs for approved warranty claims are covered by Trail Connection.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange, as requested.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they are deemed defective:

  • Custom tack

  • Custom horse magnets

  • Personalized dog collars and leashes

Reporting a Defect or Concern

If your product arrives damaged or you believe it has a defect covered by our warranty, please email vmvltd@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

For standard (non-warranty) returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
